• No Go Voyage - 6th to 12th June Against the principle of travelling far away, the NoGoVoyages collective invites spectators to participate in urban experimentation.

• Science versus Fiction - May 29th – June 7th 2009 The exhibition aims to weave together architecture, science, and imagination. It calls into question the supposed innocence of artistic practice and the abstraction of scientific research.

Galerie Synesthesie (15 rue Denfert Rochereau, Saint-Denis 93200)

• Cover Speech May 29th – June 7th 2009 Cover Speech is a video system, which works in the same way as a “one-armed bandit”. The images “roll” until they are interrupted, when the video line is stopped, sending us back to a cocktail of fixed images. The system will be composed of 10 screens. A collective of three young artists, 1.0.3, is behind this installation. Their aim is to confront us with the “moving” and the “instant”, a kind of cinema which is static and mechanical at the same time.

• Immaterial Exhibition May 29th - June 7th 2009 • Sound Delta May 29th –June 7th 2009, Salle Blanche Provided with an audio head-set and with a localization/reception device, spectators are invited to explore an audio work, by moving around in a physical space. In this space, they are confronted with a composition, which has been spatially decomposed by luminous markers. The music has been written but it is only virtual: it can only be revealed by the spectators walking around. Based on a system, conceived by REMU, the music has been composed by François-Eudes Chanfrault. • Arctic Perspective May 30th - June 7th June (2 pm) Salle Blanche The Arctic Perspective Initiative (API) project examines the ecological and cultural consequences of global warming in the Polar Regions. This ambitious project, with the support of the European Union and of the International Polar Year, aims to build a mobile media lab for the Inuit communities in the Canadian great north.
